Joe Uttech

Director, Operations and Quality

Joe’s work focuses on the optimization and reliability of complex processes and information systems using a quantified, fact-based approach. He is recognized for his ability to quickly integrate with diverse teams, provide knowledgeable and unbiased facilitation, and get results. Joe is a certified ISO Auditor, Automotive SPICE Assessor, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and currently serves on the Chicago ASQ Executive Board.  Joe earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and a BA from the Carthage College.

Matt Cluck

Manager, Research and Analytics

Matt is the chief methodologist for proprietary research and analytics supporting Attadale’s clients.  He focuses on big data and other analytical initiatives supporting managerial, operational, marketing, and strategic decision making, as well as the development of primary and secondary research.  Matt earned his MBA from Chicago’s Booth School, and a BA Mathematics and BS Economics from the University of Chicago.
