About Us

History

Attadale was founded in 2007 to help clients improve their core, customer-facing operations.  Through our belief in a holistic approach to change – including people, culture, process, organization, and technology – we thrived by helping our clients grow and transform (including helping them respond to both a global recession the year after we were founded, and a global pandemic).

Today’s Attadale looks different than when we were founded, with additional capabilities in AI and machine learning, customer analytics, cloud-based apps, and other technology solutions.  Yet despite these new tools, our core focus remains the same – taking a holistic approach to helping our clients realize meaningful change, so they can serve their customers in new and better ways. 

Mission

We help our clients to develop new capabilities.  New processes, new ways to do business and serve customers, new ways to differentiate themselves.  Our clients reach out to us when they know they need to do things differently, but they lack the core capabilities to execute on that vision, and need help finding their new normal.

We’re very successful at this mission.  Even though we help clients develop new capabilities, so they can stand on their own, we have over a 90% repeat business rate – because there are always new challenges to face.  Operational transformation isn’t an end-state, but a never-ending process of self-improvement.

Where we work

While most of our staff are based in the U.S., we work with teams and companies all over the world.  Many of our projects are delivered by our Chicago, IL and South Bend, IN, but we have staff located all over the country, and we love opportunities to work side-by-side with clients so we can partner with them more effectively.

Leadership

KellyAnn Taylor – President

KellyAnn is co-founder of Attadale Partners and brings 30 years of expertise to support Attadale’s growth and management. KellyAnn leads Attadale’s government practice at the Federal and State level. Her experience leading start-up teams, a practitioner’s knowledge of organizational change, and large scale project management skills has enabled her to successfully assemble Attadale’s capabilities to help clients realize the operational transformations necessary to beat their competition.

 

Geoff Colgan – Managing Partner

Geoff co-founded Attadale Partners in 2007, bringing 20 years of expertise to his role as Managing Partner of Consulting Services. As head of the Operations and Performance Management practice he leads clients in the design and implementation of operating model transformations that align process and organization for increased market opportunities, improved quality and service performance, and accelerate change.

 

Matt Cluck – Director, Applied Data Science

Matt leads the AI, machine learning, and analytics practice at Attadale. He focuses on translating analytical techniques and the latest technology into tangible, meaningful results for Attadale’s clients.

Matt earned his MBA from Chicago’s Booth School, and a BA Mathematics and BS Economics from the University of Chicago.
