In April of 2024, three Attadale Partners employees were granted their first patent for a Gen AI solution!
The patent was filed more than 2 years before Chat GPT was released, and reflects work going back as far as 2017. It covers an end-to-end AI-powered system developed for one of Attadale’s clients, including several Large Language Models (“LLMs”) which parse customer communications for key information and automate previously manual parts of the process. The solution serves thousands of client staff, and is still in use today.
